The current estimated launch date for the Vision Infinity Cooktop is late November or Early December 2024.

The reservation is refundable (credit card fees apply). To initiate the return process, please email contact@kitchenautomatique.com. The return of the T-shirt is necessary for the refund. Refunds may take up to 3 weeks to process and appear in your account. Our terms and condition may apply.

Our current reservation is open to customers in Northern America, Europe, and Oceania. 110v units for the US and Canada will be prioritized initially, followed by 220v units.

We will send out an email when product early access is available.

Delivery will follow the sequence: Tier I, Tier II, Tier III, and subsequent orders post-launch on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority shipping isn't assured, as delays may arise due to regulatory approvals and customs inspections in certain regions.

We employ a tier-based discount program to reward our early supporters (see the chart below). In addition to a standard deadline, each tier has a limited number of units available. For instance, we may advance to Tier II early if Tier I units are sold out before April.
