What is the reward amount?

•The reward amount is different for the referrer and the referee. The exact reward discount will be announced in October 2024. Please note that the reward amount is subject to change.



When will I get my reward?

•As a referrer, you'll receive your reward after your Vision Infinity Cooktop’s eligible return period has ended.



Who can I share the referral link with?

•To avoid issues related to spam and marketing regulations, you should only share the link with people that you know personally (like friends, family members, colleagues, etc.) that you have reason to believe could be interested in Kitchen Automatique’s products. Please note that you may be held legally accountable if you violate anti-spam or marketing laws. The details of these rules vary from country to country. If you're unsure about the rules where you are, we advise you to speak to a lawyer, or only share with your friends and family members.



Can I receive a discount exceeding the total price of my order?

•There are no limits to how many referrals you can make. However, a referrer cannot obtain rewards that in total exceed the value of the original purchase price.



Is the referral program available in all countries?

•The referral program is available in all countries we deliver to (to be announced in October 2024).



I reserved or purchased a Vision Infinity Cooktop via a third-party payment provider (e.g. Klarna, Paypal, Affirm); am I eligible?

•Certain payment methods have restrictions in place that limit the time period for cashback offers, while some payment providers do not allow for cashback at all. If the payment provider prohibits us from issuing a referral reward, the reward will be void.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer cashback through any other methods.

The following third-party payment providers have a limited time frame for issuing cashback offers:
PayPal: 1 year from the date of purchase
Klarna: 180 days from the date of purchase
iDEAL: 180 days from the date of purchase
Affirm: 120 days from the date of purchase

Please note that these limits are set by the payment providers, not by Kitchen Automatique. The list and time periods are subject to change, and we cannot guarantee rewards will be completed or can be made within the specific time frames.


Who can participate in the referral program?

•The referral program is available to customers who have purchased their Vision Infinity Cooktop through kitchenautomatique.com and completed the trial period without returning it for a refund. To participate in the program, customers must also have opted-in to receive marketing emails from Kitchen Automatique.
